Can I try Surventrics for free?
Yes! Our Free plan includes 1 survey and 100 responses per month. It's perfect for getting started and exploring the platform. No credit card required.
What happens if I exceed my response limit?
We'll give you a heads-up as you approach your monthly allowance, but we won't abruptly cut your survey off. Responses keep coming in past your allowance — and you're never automatically charged for the extras. To raise your limit, add a one-off response top-up (permanent, yours to keep) or upgrade your plan. Collection only pauses if you reach three times your monthly allowance without topping up or upgrading.
Can I change plans at any time?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or education?
Yes, we offer special pricing for registered non-profit organizations and educational institutions. Contact our sales team for details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice.
